1.1 Our chats have only been tested on Windows OS and Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Opera GX browsers, so if you use any other software that is not one of those listed, keep in mind that the chat may not work properly and I can't offer any support for that!
1.2 Please note that the chat installation is done only and exclusively via the Streamlabs website, meaning that the codes will only work if applied there.
1.3 Our chat codes are also compatible for YouTube, but keep in mind that many features are not yet available there, such as role customization and pronouns. I also do not offer technical support for issues the platform has with Streamlabs, such as lag, delay, global emotes not showing up, super chats, etc.
1.4 Most of our chat designs have a fixed width, so please specify this along with your references in our first contact if you want this to be flexible.
1.5 We don't do any chats that display users' profile picture, please protect yourself from tendentious people and misuse of inappropriate photos to avoid ban on platforms!
1.6 If your idea requires very specific and detailed illustrations or icons, the buyer will need to send the artwork to be used.
1.7 We only use fonts that are freely available through the Google Fonts website for all chats, so if you would like a more personalized font keep in mind that we will have to find a similar one on the website.
1.8 To purchase additional 'Custom Roles' or 'Includes Animation' you need to already have a fixed idea of what you want to differentiate in your roles and animate in your chat.
1.9 When purchasing the "Extra fast delivery" it is extremely necessary for the customer to be available throughout the day so that it is possible for us to deliver the order within the estimated time. If the customer is not available, we will deliver as soon as possible according to the customer's response and approval, with full right to increase this delivery time from that point on!
1.10 If there is a delay in the customer's response time, we have complete freedom to increase the delivery time. And if I don't feel comfortable with the order, we have the full right to cancel it!
1.11 The buyer is not allowed to edit, copy, share, resell or commercialize any of our chat codes and designs.
1.12 Our chats are for personal use only. If you want to buy a chat for commercial use, this must be discussed in detail beforehand, where the total price of the commission as well as any other royalties will be agreed upon upfront.
1.13 The following cases are considered commercial use: Editing, reproducing, sharing and selling the chat codes, publicly or privately.
1.14 Violators will be added to my blacklist and will be blocked indefinitely, without any warning.
