This page will guide you through the installation process. If you have any questions that are not answered here, feel free to contact us. Be sure to follow all the steps without skipping any of them; this is essential for your alerts to function perfectly.
After downloading the provided files, open the folder where the widget you want to install is located.
1.0 Click on the quick installation link to start the installation of your new widget.
2.0 A Streamlabs page will automatically open in your browser; if you are not logged in, please log in.
3.0 Use one of your existing widget themes or click on "CREATE A NEW WIDGET THEME" and name it as you prefer (if your project has a chat widget, we recommend placing them all in the same theme).
- The imported link will overwrite only the selected widget, which means you can combine it with any other scene or widget collection you've created on Streamlabs.
- If you want to keep your existing widgets saved, we highly recommend creating a new theme.
4.0 Select "USE" for the profile you want to use.
5.0 The page will automatically direct you to the settings of the imported widget.
6.0 Open each alert tab and upload the corresponding .webm file(s) provided to you. Don’t forget to click “Save Settings” after uploading each file.
7.0 Scroll up to the top of the page and copy the widget URL.
8.0 In your preferable streaming software, create a browser source and paste the URL.
9.0 Set the width to 800px — this value should remain fixed to ensure proper display. You may adjust the height as needed to better accommodate your alert design, but please avoid changing the width!
After adding the widget on your OBS, test to see if it is working normally. If it's not functioning, repeat the process at least once. And if you still encounter issues please contact us explaining specifically what problem is occurring, preferably with screenshots of the error.
